New Free Interview Guide Generator Helps Employers Avoid Discrimination During Interviews
Employment Screening Resources (ESR), a nationwide pre-employment background screening firm, announced today the release of a free web based interview guide generator to help employers build printed interview forms for any position to avoid the potential of discrimination in the interviewing process.
